My apps can’t use my camera

This morning I got that new Roblox voice chat but I accidentally said no to it using my microphone so I went to turn it on and I couldn’t, there was no option in my iPhone settings, later I went on Snapchat and randomly it said it needed to enable camera, which I already did, once again there was no option to turn it back on, what do I do?
