How do I completely remove widgets on my MacBook Pro?

I am an editor and the widgets always appear when I am working and I want to get rid of them completely. Not just one. Does anyone know how to just remote the widgets completely on a MacBook Pro, Big Sur?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.5
