Wet Speaker

I dropped my IPhone in dish water for a second and I’m worried I messed it up even though it’s working fine. I took off the cover and dried it thoroughly but I read somewhere I should use a sound to get the water out of my speakers but I can’t find the “sound” to use. Thank you in advance for any and all help I really appreciate it.

One thing that you should note and that is that IF water gets inside the iPhone (or any electronic device), then it causes irreversible damage. In your case, it does not appear that the water was able to get inside of your iPhone it appears to be working fine. There are some cases where the issues may show up later. There is nothing else that you can do about this. If it is working fine right now, then the odds are in your favor that nothing else is probably damaged.

I am not aware of any special "sound" that one plays to get the water out of your speakers. If your speakers are working now, then leave it alone and continue to use your iPhone normally.
