Follow the steps in the support document you posted from to cancel any active subscriptions, and request a refund.
Nobody can do it for you. You must do it yourself.

It has all the steps laid out for you.
Then it was not charged through your Apple ID. Anything charged through your Apple ID will appear in the report a problem website almost immediately after being made.
If you share your payment method with someone or are a Family Organizer in a Family Sharing Group, then the purchase may be on someone else’s account and not yours, but your are still charged for it.
Then you should work with Revolut
ive gone through the report a problem steps and still can’t find the item that cost 29 pounds in my list. The last transaction on my apple account was on the 12 of November and today being 14th I’ve been charged for something that’s not shown there. Can we pick up y matter from there

You will need to find out where the charge was made from. If it is not on your Apple ID, then you cannot request a refund from there.
