wallpaper on ipad

I want to get the default wallpaper back on my iPad, I can’t find it anywhere. What is going on? I have just upgraded to 15. It’s disappeared from the choices.

iPad Pro, iPadOS 15

Wallpapers from previous iOS versions are generally not available on newer versions. If you had it set as your wallpaper and changed it to something else, it may no longer be available to use.

You would need to find it online and download it separately.

Each major version of iOS/iPadOS may replace some of the built-in wallpaper choices. Whilst updating your iPad to a newer version of iPadOS will not change your currently selected Lock Screen or Home Page wallpaper, choosing something new may cause you to lose the earlier choice if it was one of those that has been replaced.

If you “google” for iPad wallpaper (by version number), you may find what you’re looking for from unofficial websites.
