Trying to install etrade app and ins securty don't see the choice for open the app anyway

Monterey os, only see apple apps store or identify apps

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 12.0

Ctrl-click on the app and choose Open from the contextual menu. Then click Open in the confirmation dialog.
