Cellular Apple Watch

If you select cellular setting for the Apple Watch, then do you need to get a separate data for it, or will it use your mobile data package?

You need to use the same carrier as your phone. It gets added onto that plan with an additional fee.

.It can be set up by yourself in the watch app on your phone. So long as your carrier supports that.

If you want your Apple Watch to operate as a cellular watch, you will need pay for a cellular data plan for your Apple Watch from your Cellular provider and they must be able to support Apple Watch. Most cellular providers charge $10/month for plans for Apple Watch. Contact them to set your phone up.
