app not downloaded to home page
apps will not download from app library - App will open in the library but never downloads to home

Read and follow the article linked above. Realize that downloading apps requires a strong Wi-Fi signal (no VPN, no Hotspot) and a well charged iPhone.
Both my network and phone charge are fine. For some reason, there is never a request to install the apps. I can open the apps in the library but the app will not download.
