Update Payment Info. On account

I had to recently delete my Apple ID. I had to also, get a new debit card. Upon entering my new card, of course it prompts me to verify. However, i saw my old phone number associated with my old Apple ID as well as an old email. I attempted to change it and everything looks fine under settings within their site. This is concerning for reasoning as someone took my computer and old iPhone.!

two Apple IDs I have an old Apple ID that was used for iTunes, iCloud storage purchases. Also, have a new one that is primary for a new Mac, iPhone. The old one was used by other family members for app purchases. I am trying to change the "old" Apple ID to update some credit card information to insure continued coverage. However, it is beyond frustrating to try and change it from my primary Mac, iPhone as they keep trying to change my primary Apple ID. When I try and do it via web browser, I go down a path where it tries to ask for an old credit card...and authorization code as means to validate the account. That card is dead, having been compromised...and a reason why I have to update the old ID card info. Don't have the authorization code to enter, so stuck. What do I do to change the old ID PW so I can update the old card info?

Trying to get in old Apple ID without gmail, phone number or credit card info how to I get in my old Apple ID without my old gmail, phone number and credit card info!? Please someone reach out to me ask to send the code to me to my NEW phone number or NEW gmail!! I lost my credit card and I have money in my old Apple ID 🫤

I do not understand your issue. If you delete an Apple ID then everything associated with it is gone completely.
