How can you see any of deleted numbers that were just random and just not in your contacts

If you have deleted any number from your Recent Calls list then you cannot recover those UNLESS you have a backup file created on a computer and saved before the numbers were deleted. If you do not have a backup file created then there is no way to retrieve that information.
One suggestion is to check with your carrier on their website and look under you account. You should be able to find your recent and previous call history.
