Update software IOS 12.5.5

Thanks for posting the screenshot. There are two things that I can see that are setup incorrectly when updating your iPhone.

1. Your iPhone cannot be on Low Power Mode when updating over a Wi-Fi Network. Set Low Power Mode to OFF.
2. You are connected to a HotSpot. You cannot use a HotSpot to update your iPhone. You MUST be connected to a Wi-Fi Network.

Clearly, it is telling younthat you are not connected to the internet. You can also do the update with your computer and without WiFi. Check this link...

You need to Contact tour Carrier:

"No Service"

I can see that "No Service" is shown on the top-left corner of your screen. So, speak to your carrier about fixing that. Learn More Here: If you See No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
