How can I transfer my data/backup from one iCloud storage to another one? I have been using family sharing but not I have bought my own and I don’t know how move data.
The data doesn't technically "move." It's already yours and tied to your account. When you leave family sharing, your space no longer counts against the family, just your own account.
As always, it's a good idea to have a good backup of your files (just in case).

Your data is attached to your Apple ID. If you leave family sharing, your data will go with you provided that you have enough space in your own iCloud account.
