No one here would know. when this would occur. These are just user-to-user forums. We are all Apple Users like you. So, provide feedback to your Federal Government, letting them know that you want this to be an option. This all has to do with licensing between Apple and then Federal Government (picky though ti seems, and it is nothing on Apple's part 00just on the government).
