Run this Through a Virtual Machine:
The only way I've been able to do so is on a Mac. To do this, you would create a Virtual Machine, and log into your other Apple ID on that Virtual Machine. You would open Apple ID items in it, and would use it right off of that.
About Virtual Machines:
