Internal fans pick up fan noise

I can hardly use the internal mics on my 16" MBP 16,1 because of fan noise. Is there a way how to cancel the noise?

mic noise I have a 4 yo macbook pro, and when i use the internal mic (as of a few months ago), it sounds to the person on the other end as though the phone is in my pocket. There is a lot of static-y "swooshing" noises, and the voice is very distant unless I put my mouth right where the mic is on the laptop itself. I have tried to find the "use ambient noise reduction" checkbox that comes up in google searches, but apparently that option went away a while ago. Not sure if this is a hardware problem and i need to get it replaced, or if I can change it with settings, but any troubleshooting ideas would be much appreciated.

How noisy is the new 2023 (June) Mac Studio? Hi, I just purchased a new June, 2023 Mac Studio. And now I have been hearing a lot about the fan noise. I am going to be using it in my professional home recording studio. Before I dive deep into it, how loud is the fan noise? Anyone using it in the same room they are mixing and recording in? Is it acceptable, tolerable, or really a unusable? Is the Mac Pro any better? Trying to figure out how to keep the room as quiet as I possibly can. Thanks!
