Refund for subscription

Good afternoon. On October 18th, I received a message in the mail about a successful refund for my subscription. But the money has not been returned yet. Could you please tell me when the money will be returned to the card?

It can take 30-60 days to receive the refund, depending on your region, bank, and more. Sometimes the holdup is on the bank's end.
