airpods pro charging case battery showing 100% when pluged-in but not working independently.

My AirPods Pro suddenly stopped charging with the case battery when it's not plugged-in. Instead I have to leave it connected to a power outlet for it to charge, but the case shows 100% when I open it while plugged-in. Please help, my AirPods are working fine though just the case.

The battery or charging circuit in the case might have failed. Contact Apple Support and arrange to get your AirPods and case examined by Apple Service.
