The little port for plugging in the charger for my iPad mini has gotten damaged and won't fit. Is there an option for charging?

The little port for plugging in the charger for my iPad mini has gotten damaged the last time I unplugged it and now I can't charge it. Is there a solution such as wireless charging? Looks like the repair costs almost as much as a new iPad.

No model of iPad supports wireless/inductive charging. If you have damaged the Lightning/USB-C port of your iPad, your only options are repair - or replacement of the iPad:.
