I don't receive notifications from my iPhone apps

Please I don’t receive notifications no more from my apps I don’t know why…Can you help me with that coz I have gone through notifications on settings and everything is on so I don’t understand why??

I received my new iPhone 13 a few days ago and noticed that notifications were not showing on the lockscreen. I ran across someone recommending that we turn Bluetooth off and back on.. this worked for me, I’m now getting all notifications on the lockscreen (iOS 15).
