If these devices are your devices and logged into your Apple ID it might be expected behavior for this to occur.

For your Mac, you can either ask that your relatives make their own user account and log out of yours, or turn off iMessage and text message forwarding for Mac.

For iPad, if it's your iPad logged into your Apple ID and you'll have to turn off iMessage and text message forwarding for that device.
