Hi, I never sign up for spotify premium, but it was charged through iTunes (I guess), because in spotify it was free so supposed never be charged.
So, please refund the fee and cancel the spotify subscription.

First confirm you have canceled any subscription automatic renewal (if you simply delete an app this does not cancel subscriptions):

• "If you signed up for a free or discounted trial subscription and you don't want to renew it, cancel it at least 24 hours before the trial ends."

"If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, then the subscription is already canceled and won't renew." The "Expires" date means the current subscription will just run until then.

Spotify doesn't accept subscriptions through the App Store anymore. If you've subscribed to Spotify through the App Store, then you've been subscribed for several years now. If you just signed up, then you signed up through Spotify's website, so you'll need to manage your subscription on Spotify's website.
