How do I find an iPhone´s previous owner whose iPhone is iCloud locked?
If the device is activation locked, only the original owner will be able to unlock it. If your purchased the device second-hand, return it, it will be useless to you.

I wouldn´t know where to return it to, as the device is iCloud locked. The Find My iPhone feature was left activated on the iPhone. I would like to know how to locate the previous owner.
