Please help…. I have been charged three times $23.99 for a picture ap that is not even on my phone anymore and didn’t accept the subscription. It will not let me request a refund bc it had not been purchased. But it clearly is in my bank statement

I need to know how to cancel the subscription and get refunded for all the charges on my bank statement. The subscription is clearly on my purchases, however it won’t let me request a refund. Please help. I need that money back.
