Updating operating system on iPhone XR

I have started the update operating process but it isn't progressing it. It still shows "Preparing iPhone for software update..."

Is your iPhone:

Connected to power (not using Low Power Mode and has > 50% charge)
Connected to Internet using Wi-Fi ( not using Personal Hotspot or VPN)
Not running iOS beta (delete beta profile if you do)
Enough free space (5-6 GB)
