Removing autofill email

whenever I wish to leverage autofill, 2 former work emails appear that I (stupidly) used on my personal iPhone. I have inadvertently selected them only to be berated later for using an old contact (via my former employer - a good laugh was eventually had after their legal team blamed apple - I digress). This is annoying at best and frankly I can’t figure it out. I searched google for at least 10 minutes and found an old post. I hope there is a fix as there wasn’t in 2009 🤷. Help is appreciated and I will harmonize my energy within the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd dimensions to resonate good vibes.
