That looks like a sign in for a Microsoft profile that is on your device. The phone is likely managed by an organization. If you bought the device new, return it.

Contact Microsoft:
"Microsoft" is apparent in the photo of the screen. So, try a chat with Microsoft about this. Elsewise, just remove the account and add it back.

It isnt managed by an organisation. The photo is backwards because i had to take on photo on laptop
i have had the phone for 2 years now and never had this problem
