"Microsoft" is apparent in the photo of the screen. So, try a chat with Microsoft about this. Elsewise, just remove the account and add it back.

Did you buy it new, from Apple? I don't know what to tell you. Perhaps you inadvertently added a profile. Perhaps there was always one there. Microsoft has info at https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/company-portal/9wzdncrfj3pz?activetab=pivot:overviewtab

That looks like a sign in for a Microsoft profile that is on your device. The phone is likely managed by an organization. If you bought the device new, return it.
