How to set up WITHOUT WIFI or iTunes account?

You can set up an iPhone without Wi-Fi. Just turn it on and follow the onscreen instructions. You will not be able to transfer data from another device without Wi-Fi, however.

You will need an Apple ID for many of the functions of the phone, but you can create it on the phone if you don’t have one. But of course you have one; you needed it to log in to this forum.

Then you need to either get a SIM card from your carrier, or call them and ask for a link for an eSIM. You will need an account with a carrier to use the phone.

Or go somewhere that has Wi-Fi, like a school, library, MacDonalds, Starbucks, most coffee shops and diners, etc.

Do you have a Wi-Fi network? If you do you can just connect to it. To use a cellular network you must insert a working SIM card into the phone, which will activate the phone on your carrier’s network. If you have a previous phone you can just transfer the SIM card from it to the new phone. Even if the SIM card is from a different manufacturer’s phone, as long as it is the same size SIM.

Did you buy it new from Apple or an Apple authorized reseller?

When you first turned it on did it display a screen with “hello” in multiple languages?
