Screen with a weird purple tint when scrolling in dark mode iphone 12 pro max

Hello, I have a problem with my iphone 12 pro max model, when it is in dark mode you see a sweep with a purple tint, this is even more noticeable when the brightness is less than half and it is somewhere with low light:

As a curious fact this does not happen when I use the light mode. I have iOS 15.1 installed and I have tried with automatic brightness, true tone, factory restore etc ... but still nothing changes and the problem persists. I am pending an appointment with technical service to know what they say about it.

I wanted to know if anyone else has noticed this problem on their screen on the iphone 12 models and if anyone can managed to fix it or not?
