help with authorization

Pop up window says computer not authorized to play recent purchase, but can play the rest of my library. When I complete pop up with name/ID it says this computer is re-authorized. I purchased from a ipad and having this trouble on windows10. Thanks for any help

We'd like to help, but we'll need more details to understand what's happening:

  1. You mentioned that this only occurred with one song, but which song was it?
  2. You also mentioned completing the steps for which you were prompted, but has the same issue occurred a second time with the same song?
  3. Is the affected song one you purchased from the Apple store, or one you obtained elsewhere?
