Battery Series 6 Apple Watch

A week ago I had a new Apple watch series 6. For the first few days, the battery life was great. I even managed 31 hours one day, but this week it's awful. I'm losing 10 - 15% an hour. I use very few apps, Heart Monitoring, email (only get 5 a day), FB Messenger (very few) and I don't listen to music, I use always on display but no colours. All other apps are disabled, so I'm totally puzzled by the change. The watch version is 7.3 and the iPhone series 10 is 14.8.1. I updated the phone on the weekend, so wondering if that is part of the issue. I leave it on the charger overnight.

Try force restarting the Watch. Press and hold the Digital Crown and the power button together until you see the Apple logo and then release. The Watch will reboot. Check it then. But you should also update the Watch and the phone.

You should update the Watch to watchOS 8.1. I can tell you that 31 hours of usage on the watch is definitely an outlier. That is not normal. How many hours of the day are you using the Watch? I put mine on at 7am and take it off at 11pm. I still have 45-55% battery remaining and I use my device extensively with Exchange mail, messaging, etc. I have a Series 6 with watchOS 8.1. I put it on to charge when I go to bed and when I get up in the morning and put the Watch on, it is at 100%. What is your remaining battery at the end of the day?
