My payment method is clearly saved in my iPad but the Candy Crush app is not accepting my iCloud App Store payment method for purchases. What gives?

Why isn’t the Candy Crush app accepting payment from my App Store and iCloud payment method?

If your payment method is declined, see this support document for an explanation. If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support
