How do I disable split screen on IOS 15 on iPad?

When I refer to the multitasking Control Panel, I'm referring to this:

Unlike iPadOS14 and earlier versions, multi-tasking and associated views cannot now be disabled from settings. Multi-tasking has received a significant overhaul, both simplifying its use and introducing new controls.
Key to accessing and controlling multi-tasking is the small “three-dot” button that is found at the top-centre edge of the screen.

Agreed! I have an iPad Mini 6 and can’t tell you how much I hate the split screen. I love Apple’s products and ecosystem, but I cannot stand split screen - I’d disable it in a heartbeat.
I have given feedback to Apple the way they prefer but many others who have do so they just ignore feedback.
when my iPad dies I will switch to another brand, Apple does not value its customers.
I hate split screen why would you make an app that is intrusive and can’t be disabled you are acting too much like Windows

We did send feedback asking Apple to make those changes. Simply nobody gave a ****. That's typically what AutocRats do.
