I have been charged and I don't know why and for what.

I have been charged with 38,99€ and I don't know why and for what.

Does anyone knows or have same problem as I do?

You should have an email receipt from Apple with details of what you are paying for.

try this support page - https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201382

You should also be able to see what subscriptions you have through the iCloud section on your device settings.

Go to Setting, at the top of the page, below the search bar, you should see your name and 'Apple ID, iCloud+' ect. press that.

In there you see 'Subscriptions'. In there you should see all active and expired subscriptions. For that price, its likely to be an annual charge for something. Hope this helps :)
