Issue setting up aol - oidc message

I am having trouble setting up aol mail on my iPhone. I deleted the account and when I try to set it up I get diverted to oidc..help.aol.com - says rate limited?

iPhone XS Max, iOS 15

Thanks-issue resolved - a VPN was connected and blocking access to aol.

Sorry, it is not an Apple product, best you ask the app developer on their website/forum for support.

Thanks for update.

Note: Unless you are connecting to your company's secure website, VPN is not necessary.

FYI: VPN can collect all your online activity.
