Unauthorized charge to my credit card. No purchase was made. What can I do?

Unauthorized charge to my credit card on November 16th. No purchase was made. The unauthorized charge says it is made by APPLE.COM ITUNES.COM IRL The "report a problem" and "ask for refund" does not list my request. What can I do?

Please see If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support which includes a link to Support if all else fails.
