Flexgate issue

What is this happening with Apple now a days , I purchased my MacBook-Pro in 2019 and now from 1 month I am getting the flexgate issue , I too read about that this was common with 2016 models , is this happening with you guys too? is there any programme so that I can get it repaired free of cost from apple because after spending thousands of dollars in purchasing it, I can't spend more for the carelessness of Apple.

Apple considers fault, and when it's obvious there is a widespread, generic, problem Apple does make special repair or replace programs available. Your problem is, at this point, there is no widespread problem like yours so Apple is not recognizing it as "their fault". That can change if enough people have the same complaint you do and Apple is made aware of it. That takes time.

How new is new? If it's within the no-questions-asked period you can take it back. If it's outside that window but still under warranty Apple will cover non abuse related failures.

Actually there was when apple launched special service program back in may 2019 but that covers only 2016 Macs and this issue is coming in 2019 too but do you that if it is not for many people then apple would not fix it , they have improved this but not completely eliminated right or I think they should do . B/w we all are users so if you have any info about how to get into contact with the higher support then please do?
