And I am in Tanzania (a country where I can't contact or there is no apple support)
Contact - Official Apple Support - Select your region from the list and then your country from the pop-up window. If you do not see your country, see if there is an "other" listing for that region.
My region doesn't have apple support, what can I do?

Try contacting support in a different region and see if they can offer help or provide contact information.
