it was july i was buying 50gb for my iphone later that days i forget to pay it so my videos and some photos were cut off
so i transfer from 50 to 200gb memory
in sep
but my photos and videos are still cut off
the photos/videos were from exit festival and to me are very important
can you please contact me and transfer that filer to my gmail

if i get 5gb of memory on iCloud and i did buy 50gb,
In that time i forgot to pay payment for iCloud memory for 50gb
after 16/17july i lost my photos/videos from iphone i Check out and i got mail and my storage is in 5gb
All of your photos and videos remain on your device. If you enable iCloud, it syncs the photos/videos. If you run out of space, your device will no longer upload photos/videos.
Yeah i under That but the problem is i didn’t pay in time iCloud memory..
one more question is it possible if the pohoto or videos were deleted and deleted after 30 days can i get them back?
No, once permanently deleted items are indeed permanently deleted and irrecoverable.
