Macintosh HD

I have my Macintosh HD on my desktop and cannot move it or delete it from the desktop? How can I delete this to trash I already have this in downloads and applications for some reason it created another one on the desktop. Cannot move it or delete it tried to drag to trash but comes back? Any suggestion pllease I am having a lot of issue since yesterday. See screen shots
