Thank you for the reply. This link is the same as above for 10.15.7 version. In the App Store, it says Catalina 10.15., but when you download it, it really is 10.15.7 version, so I need to install 10.15.0 version.
In fact, the download available at the link I posted above is for Catalina 10.15.7. It is a full installer for Catalina and NOT an update. It can be used to upgrade any OS from 10.9 forward. It will install the latest version of Catalina that Apple has made available, version 10.15.7.
TIP - use only Safari do download this installer.

Used or from a suppliers inventory of old systems. You cannot get a new Macbook Air from Apple with Catalina, except maybe from the refurb store (assuming Catalina was originally shipped on that refurbished model).
Thanks for the reply. The link you sent is for 10.15.7 update. My OS is Mojave, so I need to install Catalina 10.15. version. And it's not on download page. I see 10.15.1. but no 10.15...
Indeed, that is what available in App Store / Software Update for macOS Catalina.
Curious to know why you are looking for 10.15.0?

There is No Longer Offered by Apple a Catalina 10.15.0.
The Only FULL INSTALLER of Catalina offered from Apple is the latest one.
