I was using the My fitness pal app on my phone when all of a sudden a crazy loud beeping started and a notification popped up saying virus detected. I closed the app, but am now concerned that I need to do something else to follow up with the "detected virus".
Is this normal?

Thanks so much. I'm pretty good at recognizing phishing attempts. I guess it was just the extremely loud noise that threw me off. It's surprising to me that phishing attempt could make my phone make a noise like that.
