Can the iPhone 13 be powered off?

Hello. The iPhone 13 can be turned off. If you would like to turn off your iPhone 13, please press and hold the side button and either the volume up or volume down button until the power off slider appears. You can then slide the power off slider to shutdown your iPhone.

Settings > General > Shut Down (the last option at the bottom)
