iPhone 11 screen

so I purchased a brand new iPhone 11 4 days ago and suddenly at left bottom corner of the screen there’s this dark shadow the phone never fell or anything like that…… is there anyway to resolve this

It's probably a hardware defect but take it to a Genius Bar and have them check it out.
