Contact Apple Support:
You need to contact Apple Support Directly. This is a User-to-User forum. We are all volunteers. So, as you may suspect, no one here has access to that information — and that is a good thing, BTW. That’s why for Financial Assistance, you need to contact Apple Support. They'll have this information for you.
Apple Contact Info:
Why the Wait:
Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)

Apple isn't here you are communicating with other users.
Macs come with a one year warranty which can be extended to three years
if you buy Apple Care.
Depending where you bought the mac the vendor may have included their own warranty.
No need to call Apple.
your hardware warranty is valid to April 16, 2022 according to the serial number. I will ask to have that removed since you should not publish such info in a public online forum. The purchase date is not mentioned in that report.
You can also easily check that by going to your account and checking your devices.
