It says my number is invalid, what can I do to get passed this?? I’ve logged out of my own Apple ID and back in again. I’ve checked all my settings and the number is correct. My husband had the same issue.

Make sure you're using the correct number of digits for the service of the country where you reside.
If you still have problems:

If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.
