Open Activity Monitor >> View >> View ALL processes. Check in the CPU Tab for run-away process by its name and do the same on Memory tab. This maybe a way to identify what Application or Process is the cause.

Are there any AntiVirus, Disk Cleaner, Optimizers, Un-installers, etc installed which should be removed as per Developers Instructions. They are useless, unneeded, cause havoc and interfere with the normal operation of the OS and may even Corrupt the OS requiring a Reinstallation. The The Built in Security  is all that is required.

This would include CleanMyMac Application if it was installed and / or every run on this computer.

There are no known Windows-like Viruses in the wild that self replicate and affect macOS, because of the underling UNIX  Foundation and Permission Limitation.

" Also any knowledge when the new ios update will come? " Never as Apple computers run macOS.

iDevices run iOS

Yes, may people perform Google Chrome for various reason. There are consequence for decisions and Google Chrome itself if on but the Google Helper is the culprit as evidenced is your second screen shot. It is using 155.2 % of the CPU.

There is another Google with out the Helper called Brave as an alternative.

If one decides to use Brave - suggest getting the Developers Instructions to remove Google Chrome and the Google Chrome Helper Applications.
