Upgrade Microsoft 365 plan via Apple's App Store

I bought the Microsoft 365 Personal subscription via Apple Store. I would like to upgrade this to the Microsoft 365 Family plan. The only way that this seems possible is to cancel my current personal plan, wait (almost 1 year) and after the personal plan cancels, I would be able to buy the Family plan. I would like to upgrade today, not over a year. On the other hand, I would like to do this via the Apple store and NOT directly via Microsoft. Is there someone that has some experience with this and has a better way for me to do this?

Thanks.

For clarification purposes, as I am looking for a "faster way" to upgrade:

If you already had/have a Microsoft 365 subscription and did not purchase it from the iOS app, you can manage it at: https://account.microsoft.com/services

If you purchased a Microsoft 365 Personal subscription from iOS:

  1. On your iOS device, go to Settings > [your name] Subscriptions and then cancel the subscription. Your subscription will not be fully cancelled until 15 days after the date your subscription was set to renew.
  2. After this time has passed, go to Settings > Subscriptions to purchase a Microsoft Familysubscription.
