Not allowed to change my safetycode

Hi.

I am getting error messages when I try to change my safety code. It says it was not able to change my code, and it now comes up with the message that I have use two out of three attempts.

I don’t dare to try again.

What is the problem?

Yours sincerely

With the PUK code you can unblock the SIM blocked.

Every SIM card holder of a carrier has the corresponding PUK code.

If you no longer have the SIM card holder, ask your carrier.

When you enter a wrong PUK 10 times in a row, the SIM will be permanently blocked, and you'll need to purchase a new SIM card.
