As for keeping the Apple Applications that came installed with the computer.
Most, if not all would already be installed on a Brand New Computer .
So not need to try and keep them for later.
The only applications that mat concern you is any Third Party Applications. They would be lost.
Anything installed that came with the computer will be there as you reinstall the OS. But Microsoft Office, Chrome, etc. will not be installed as those are not part of the Apple OS.

Thanks. But will the programs, safari, chrome, mail, contacts, word, pages, keynote, i-music etc stay w/ the old computer I am selling? I want person buying to have them.
