I have just received my Apple watch 7 in green a couple of weeks ago. The watch keeps falling off with the magnet band that came from Apple. Is this a known problem and how do I stop it from falling off. I don't want to lose this quite expensive watch.
If the magnet isn't holding properly take the band to your closest Apple store and either get a replacement band of the same band or exchange for a different type band.
Don’t buy a magnetic strap. Mine was simply flicked sideways when securing a boat to a jetty and came off disappearing forever into the harbour
Wish I had seen this sooner. Had my watch less than two weeks. Magnetic band failed and I lost the watch. “Find my watch” failed too. I’ve called Apple twice about it and they say there is nothing they can do. I won’t be buying another one! I am so upset.
So sorry to hear that you lost your watch. I am so glad that I tested it in my house before wearing outside. FYI, I have a small wrist but it fell off my husband's wrist too when he shook is wrist around.
Mine falls off too. useless. Returned the watch since you cannot return the band only when bought from the online Apple store.
